1) Paper Jam

4) Abnormal Printing Colour

5) Spots on Page
If you spot the same dots at the same place every time, it is likely debris or smudges on the copy mirror. You can easily fix this by cleaning the copy glass. Take note to follow the manuals and recommendations about the cleaning process.

6) Toner and cartridges issues
High chance of toner and cartridges occurs as it is being set up wrongly. There is a high possibility of not using the right toner cartridge as different models have different types of toner.
Malfunctioning, low and empty toner can occur with your photocopier. Malfunctioning problems arise due to either manufacturer error or compatibility complications. If low or empty issues, replacing the toner and cartridge will solve the issue.
